REPLACEMENT
We will replace your artwork if an item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 5 days upon receiving your order should any replacement be required.

RETURNS
All of the original Artworks, functional art and jewellery are hand made, if your have any concerns about your purchase please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Whilst all care is taken, due to the artist process used to create these items there may be slight imperfections. We offer FULL REFUND for significant defects in the items not for imperfections.

We don’t accept returns because of colour difference.

There can be colour differences the original art works and the photograph, this is due to lighting, resin or varnish finishs, It’s also related to the setting of monitors, such as brightness. We do see some colours differences with Andriod phones and some desk monitors. Whilst we will always endeavour to have true to life colour photos, this is not always possible. We however have no control what the product images look like on your mobile/computer, and we don’t accept returns because the colour is different from your expectation.

If you have concern about colours, you are always welcome to contact us. We might be able to send you some photos or videos to help you make a decision.

We don’t accept returns or refunds because of change-of-mind.

All returns must be in original condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not accept return or refund for any commissioned works.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the product or service without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the product and service.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. No orders will be accepted from any entity that, in our judgement, is placed by a dealer, reseller or distributer.
